Are your birds organic?

While we do offer a Diestel brand “Heidi” turkey, that is certified organic, the bulk of our turkeys are the conventional Diestel turkey that is free range, hormone free, antibiotic free, and non GMO. 

Are your Turkeys Frozen?

All of our turkeys are shipped to us fresh in a refrigerated truck that is kept at 20*F. This low temp can give some of the turkeys a slightly chilled outside. But none will be chilled all the way through. 

When can I pick up my order?

All turkeys order can be picked up between Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th between the hours of 9am to 7pm.

Are you open Thanksgiving Day?

The butchershop will be closed on Thanksgiving day, however Guerra’s To Go will be open Thursday from 11am-4pm for any last minute hot additions you may need. 

Are you taking Pre-orders?

We have started taking pre-orders for thanksgiving and will continue to do so until the immediate days preceding Thanksgiving. 

Do you deliver?

We do offer delivery through our website and our partner Mercato. 

Do you offer any sides?

We offer homemade gravy, homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, as well as costeaux pumpkin pie that can all be picked up with your turkey.

What do I do if my turkey is chilled too much on Thanksgiving Day still?

Best thing to do is place your bird in hot water for about an hour and you’ll be good to go. 

Do you brine turkeys?

We do not brine turkeys nor offer brining bags. If you wish to brine you’re bird, we recommend picking it up a few days early to start the brining process. 

Do you offer fully cooked meals?

Yes we do. We have a few options that you can do. Ready to reheat meals from the butcher shop that include whole birds, or you can keep it simple and order from out To Go location for hot already carved meals. 

Do you offer friendsgiving options?

We can do any catering events throughout the holidays however time slots are filling up fast so call ahead to make sure we can take the order.
