People are eating more poultry these days, so we insist on top-quality birds raised without hormones, antibiotics, or animal byproducts, like our free-range Rocky chickens and Diestel turkeys, Fulton Farms chickens, and USDA Grade A ducks and geese. We’re always happy to butcher your bird, or special-order birds we don’t stock regularly, so please don’t hesitate to ask!
